Developing innovative thin films is crucial for various applications but is still an experimental challenge. In this presentation, we will focus on the development of a new high-throughput synthesis methodology of high crystallization temperature materials such as refractory luminescent oxides. Experimentally, this methodology is a two-step method consisting of the deposition of a poorly crystallized layer on a substrate, followed by its ultra-fast crystallization induced by laser irradiation. The high quantity of generated data could be used to build a database to take advantage of machine learning tools in order to accelerate the optimization of the thin films properties. This annealing method allows to use extremely rapid heating ramp on a localized area enabling the screening of multiple laser parameters on the same substrate.
