Jayshree Dadheech, doctorante au SPEC/LENSIS a obtenue le prix du meilleur poster decerné par la Royal Society of Chemistry Applied Interfaces lors de l’école d’été HarwellXPS, à Oxford. Jayshree a présenté son travail sur « Impact of Ta and TaOx Interlayers on the Interface Chemistry of Ferroelectric Hafnium Zirconate ». Félicitations à elle !
