HIGH REPETITION RATE CEP-STABLE LASER SOURCE FOR HHG

Carrier Envelope Phase(CEP) stability is a key properties for ultrashort laser applications such as High Harmonics Generation(HHG). We are developing an HHG dedicated fiber laser source. The absolute novelty of the fiber laser respect to the Ti:Sapph one, will allow to push the repetition rate from hundreds of Hz to the kHz regime. Thanks to a post-compression stage, very short duration can be reached. With this strategy, sub-10fs, 150kHz and 150µJ pulses can be obtained. This performance suits well the HHG applications.
