The neutron and positron facility at the TU Delft Reactor Institute (RID), part of Delft University of Technology in The Netherlands, is excited to announce the launch of its User Program.
With the recent successful commissioning of our cold source, we will make our instruments more accessible to the scientific community. The RID User Program is open to researchers of all experience levels.
Available Instruments and Techniques
At RID, researchers have access to a diverse suite of instruments:
- Neutron Powder Diffraction: PEARL
- Neutron Reflectometry TOF: ROG
- Neutron Radiography & Tomography: THERMAL and COLD FISH
- Spin-Echo Small-Angle Neutron scattering: SESANS
- Neutron test beam: Test Beam Line
- Small-Angle Neutron Scattering (SANS): SANS (friendly users from early 2025)
- Positron facility: VEP and lifetime spectroscopy available (from early 2025)
