In this seminar we will first outline the history of the discovery of this elusive particle, the neutrino, and how it was detected. Surveying the modern experiments, (double beta decay, coherent interaction with nuclei) we will present how Dynamic Polarization in Solids (an old technic born in the ancester of SPEC) at very low temperature works and how it may turn to a new and interesting tool in the physic of neutrino.
Coffee and pastries will be served at 11:00.
