To easily test the proper operation of the C2N INTERCO interconnection system, we developed an electrical tester to measure the resistance of each path in the device. In the 24 × 10 version there are about 420 relays; this optional board enables self-diagnosis of the system. A programmable current source, along with two precision resistors, allows—via the STM32 microcontroller brain on the motherboard—the calibration and verification of the contact quality of the internal REED relays.
