La présente invention concerne le domaine des matériaux, de préférence des surfaces ayant des propriétés biocide, bactéricide et/ou bactériostatique. En particulier, la présente demande concerne un procédé de préparation d'un matériau biocide, bactéricide et/ou bactériostatique comprenant la préparation d'une solution précurseur de polymère comprenant : – au moins un monomère A ayant un groupe porphyrine et au moins une fonction polymérisable par voie radicalaire, – au moins un monomère B polymérisable par voie radicalaire, – un photo-amorceur, – au moins l'un des monomères choisis parmi : (a) un monomère C comprenant une amine quaternaire et une fonction polymérisable par voie radicalaire; et/ou (b) un monomère D comprenant du cuivre et une fonction polymérisable par voie radicalaire. La présente invention concerne également le matériau susceptible d'être obtenu par le procédé de l'invention, et ses utilisations.
Method for preparing a biocidal, bacteriocidal and/or bacteriostatic material (WIPO link)
The present invention relates to the field of materials, preferably surfaces having biocidal, bacteriocidal and/or bacteriostatic properties. In particular, the present application relates to a method for preparing a biocidal, bacteriocidal and/or bacteriostatic material, comprising the preparation of a polymer precursor solution which comprises: – at least one monomer A having a porphyrin group and at least one radically polymerisable function, – at least one radically polymerisable monomer B, – a photoinitiator, – at least one of the monomers being selected from: (a) a monomer C comprising a quaternary amine and a radically polymerisable function; and/or (b) a monomer D comprising copper and a radically polymerisable function. The present invention also relates to the material capable of being obtained by the method of the invention and to the various uses thereof.
