This recent device (2020) measures specific surface area (BET, Langmuir method), mesoporous distribution for pore diameters from 2 to 50 nm (B.J.H. method), microporous distribution for pore diameters from 0.35 to 2 nm (Horwarth Kawazoe method), as well as pore volume (total, mesoporous and microporous) and pore size (NLDFT method). Its technical specifications are :
- Analysis range: 1.3.10-9 -> 1.0 P/P0
- 3 measuring stations equipped with 0.1, 10 and 1000 mm Hg micropore sensors
- External degassing station for simultaneous degassing of up to 6 samples in primary vacuum up to 400°C
- Possibility of working with 6 different gases (N2, Kr, O2, Ar,CO2,H2…)
