The LEDNA has two elementary analyzers. These analyzers enable a solid sample to be fused by rapid heating to 2000-2700°C. Analysis of the gases emitted by this melting gives a mass percentage of Carbon and Sulfur for the EMIA, and a mass percentage of Oxygen and Nitrogen for the EMGA.
- HORIBA EMIA 320V Elemental Carbon/Sulfur Analyzer
The HORIBA EMIA-320V analyzer for C and S analysis has the following characteristics:
- C: the detection limit is 1ppm for 1g of sample or 20ppm for 50mg
- S: detection limit is 1ppm for 1g of sample or 20ppm for 50mg

- Elemental Oxygen/Nitrogen Analyzer HORIBA EMGA 820
- O: detection limit is 1ppm for 1g of sample or 20ppm for 50mg
- N: detection limit is 1ppm for 1g sample or 20ppm for 50mg
