La présente invention concerne circuit électronique (10) reconfigurable, le circuit électronique (10) comprenant un empilement (12) de couches, l’empilement (12) de couches comportant : – un substrat (14), – une première couche (16), la première couche (16) étant réalisée en un premier matériau, le premier matériau étant un matériau ferroélectrique, et – une deuxième couche (20), la deuxième couche (20) étant réalisée en un deuxième matériau, le deuxième matériau étant un matériau oxyde réductible par application d’un champ électrique, la première couche (16) étant intercalée entre le substrat (14) et la deuxième couche (20).
