Simon Rio, a 1st year PhD student at NIMBE / LEDNA, was awarded the prize for best poster in the “Nanomaterials for Energy” session at the C’Nano 2025 conference, held in Paris from March 18 to 21, 2025.
His research project concerned the development of an original synthesis of molybdenum carbides – a catalyst for the HER reaction. His poster was entitled “One step synthesis using laser pyrolysis of nanostructured carbides molybdenum catalysts for hydrogen production”.
His work is supported by ANR MONICA (24-CE08-0064-02).
