Nouveaux dispositifs pour traiter les anévrismes cérébraux
La présente invention concerne l'utilisation d'endoprothèses greffées de manière covalente avec un fucoïdane pour traiter des anévrismes, en particulier des anévrismes cérébraux, et leur procédé de fabrication. Une cicatrisation améliorée d'anévrismes cérébraux a été établie in vivo sur un modèle de lapin.

The present application concerns the use of endoprothesis covalently grafted with a fucoidan for treating aneurysms, in particular cerebral aneurysms, and their process for manufacturing the same. Improved healing of cerebral aneurysms was established in vivo on a rabbit model.
