In the first part of my talk I am going to talk about my scientific interest and work concerning the neutron scattering. Investigation of the ferromagnetic phase transition in invar alloys by polarized neutrons. Line width measurement of elementary excitations in Ge and superfluid He will be presented. The development of 3D neutron polarization analysis device (Mu-PAD) and Neutron resonance spin-echo option (ZETA) are presented in the second part of the presentation which is devoted to the polarized neutron instruments.
