The SLIC team runs R&D programs aimed at maintaining LIDYL’s laser platforms at a high level of performance and adapting them to the evolving needs of their users. To a lesser extent, more forward-looking R&D work is carried out in areas not directly related to LIDYL’s lasers but based on techniques linked to femtosecond lasers, such as the use of the CPA technique in XUV LELs.
