The next JRA Meeting of the detector group of the NMI3-II will be held in Saclay in bld 563 in room 15 on march 26th. To access to Saclay, you need to register by sending your gender/name/surname/date and place of birth/nationality/laboratory to Alain Menelle (if you have been in Saclay within last 12 month, your name is sufficient). An ID card with your picture will be asked at the entrance. Last minute registration may be done, but should be avoided.

Directions to reach Saclay can be found here. You have to take train RER-B and than bus at “Massy” or “Le Guichet”. It takes a bit less than 2h to come from Roissy, and a bit more than an our to come from Orly or Paris. Pick-up at the “Le guichet” train station may be organized in the morning of the 26th.
Suggestions of hotels can be found here. If coming by public transport, the most convenient one is the first one “Hotel d'Orsay” at “Le Guichet”. More expensive but convenient too are the “Residhome Paris-Massy” or the “Mercure Paris-Massy Gare TGV” in Massy. They are on the RER line near to the departure of the public bus 91-06 to Saclay. Any hotel within Paris close to a RER-B station is also a good choice.
