Laboratoire d'Électronique et Traitement du Signal (LETS) stands for Signal Processing and Electronic Laboratory.
It focuses its researches and development on real-time signal processing, especially for scientific instruments and measurement devices, mostly in basic physics and optics.
La stratégie globale de notre laboratoire est une compréhension approfondie du magnétisme en matière condensée avec un bon équilibre entre la recherche de pointe, le développement de nouveaux instruments et les applications.

The group's research activities focus on the analysis of electronic structure and the chemistry of surfaces and interfaces using spectroscopic and diffraction techniques of photoelectrons.

The NANOELECTRONICS GROUP activities explore the quantum properties of nano-conductors. In the past, the group developed the world's first electronic quantum shot noise measurements to show the quantum noise suppression by the Fermi statistics, to evidence the e/3 fractional charges in the Quantum Hall Effect regime or to study the statistics GHz photons emitted by quantum conductor.

L'équipe SPYNX
Le laboratoire SPHYNX, créé en janvier 2012, effectue des recherches multidisciplinaires à caractère théorique, numérique et expérimental sur les systèmes physiques situés loin de l'équilibre. Il est constitué d'une trentaine de personnes, dont 18 permanents chercheurs, ingénieurs et techniciens du CEA et du CNRS.
