Presentation
The LIDYL – Laboratory of Interactions, Dynamics, and Lasers – is a research laboratory of CEA, within the University of Paris-Saclay.
The research programs conducted at LIDYL aim to understand the fundamental processes involved in light-matter interactions and their applications.
Researchers develop and use laser-based light and particle sources to study a variety of phenomena and systems, ranging from attosecond electronic dynamics in the simplest atoms and molecules, to laser-induced relativistic plasmas, ultrafast spin dynamics in solids, and the development of innovative technologies for new radiotherapies.
