Workshop PyMoDAQ “Open-source data acquisition software” Dec. 11-12th 2025

On December 11 and 12, 2025, LIDYL is organizing its annual workshop on PyMoDAQ (“Open-source data acquisition software”), open to all scientists at the Saclay plateau (from beginners to advanced users). More information and registration form (open).

PyMoDAQ (Python Modular Data Acquisition) is an open-source collaborative acquisition software written in Python, officially supported by the CNRS. A serious alternative to Labview.

The aim of the worhop is to inform and provide training to people (certificates delivered for PhD students), as well as help to solve any issues that you might encounter, and exchange about how to share efficiently the work of developing acquisition programs in your labs, and for teaching at the university.

The software developed by the ultra-fast acquisition community is not limited to optical experiments. You are thus invited to share this announcement with laboratories in all fields of study.
