We use the Open Source ImageJ software for the SAXS treatment of different images from our x-rays detectors. Actually somes plugins are developed in the lab for opening images from MarResearch MAR300, ImagePlate Gel files, FastCom data file (gas detector).
ESRF Data File can also be opened.
Different plugins for radial averaging are under development.
Tetradecanol exposed 1800s on the Mar300.
For radial averaging, we have to define wich part of the image we want, and wich part of image should not be taken into acount.
Then we can simply defining masks by tracing on the image or by loading previously defined masks.
For defining masks, select a region and click on "add mask". The last mask is in fact the desired region. By clicking on "create masks", ImageJ will create and save the ROI.
When clicking on "Radial Average" the following dialog box opened. Defaults parameters comes from ImageJ parameters. They are memozired for the next session.
