Our different computing projects :
- generaly use Python language on the laboratory. Somes courses for using Scientific Python have been done Voir les supports de cours en ligne. (french)
Tango at LIONS
Use synchrotron technologies for our control-command system in the different experiments in the lab. "Tango-Python at Lions".
Plugins For ImageJ
We use the Open Source ImageJ software for the treatment of images from various x-rays detectors acquired in SAXS Experiments. Actually somes files plugins are developed in the lab for MarResearch MAR300, ImagePlate Gel files, FastCom data file from gas detector.
Different plugins for the radial averaging are available.
pySaxs : Python libraries for data treatment and models for SAXS (under development...)
