Participants with accommodation can check in at the Reception on Monday 28 May from 9am until 10.30pm. In the evening, the large gate at the entrance –for cars- will be closed. If the small gate next to it is also closed, just ring the bell and the Reception will open. Towels are provided in the rooms, but no cosmetics such as soap or shower gel.
Presentation of the center
In the Chevreuse Valley, forty minutes from the heart of Paris by the RER line B, the Benoît Frachon center is in a green setting.
It can accommodate all attendees in single/double rooms and provides on-site catering for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Various facilities allow users to relax during their breaks and in the evening :
- TV rooms, two video libraries, libraries, multimedia computers (with possibility to borrow DVD and books on site)
- Coinvivial with bar, drinks dispenser, relaxation rooms, billiards, table tennis, jukebox ...
- Physical activity room (treadmill, weight bench, indoor bikes ...)
- Sports trail in the park
- Sports fields: a short tennis, a pitchball, a multisports ground (the equipment necessary for the practice of these sports is at your disposal in self-service)
