HELLIX : HHG in gas
<< Research \ New sources of light
Lensless imaging with short-wavelength light is a promising method for achieving high special resolution. In this context, we are developing a compact and intense HHG XUV source using CEP stabilized, 100 kHz repetition rate, few optical femtosecond laser source to perform coherent diffractive imaging CDI experiments in nano-objects with a first demonstration @ 13 nm. In CDI, coherent light illuminates a sample, and the scattered light is directly captured by a detector without any intervening imaging optic. Phase retrieval algorithms are then applied to the data set to recover an image.
