Le 5 Novembre 2018, Jiang Sixian, Président du Conseil de l'Université Jiaio Tong de Shanghai, Hervé Desvaux pour le CEA/DRF et Emmanuelle Lacaze pour le CNRS, CEA et CNRS étant les 2 tutelles du Laboratoire Léon Brillouin - UMR 12, ont signé un Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) de "coopération internationale pour l'utilisation de faisceaux de neutrons dans l'étude des matériaux".
On November 5th, 2018, Jiang Sixian, Chairman of the Shanghai Jiaio Tong University Council, Hervé Desvaux for CEA / DRF and Emmanuelle Lacaze for the CNRS, CEA and CNRS being the two organization supports of the joint research unit (UMR 12) "Léon Brillouin Laboratory", have signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) for "international cooperation for the use of neutron beams for the study of materials".
