Offre de post-doc : "Evaluation et miniaturisation d'un test de diagnostic précoce à base de capteurs GMR pour la détection de bactéries".
Développé au laboratoire, un prototype aujourd'hui breveté de biopuce GMR permet d'atteindre une très bonne limite de détection sur un modèle de cellules myélomateuses, qui rend la technique très compétitive par rapport aux tests de terrain existants. Dans ce contexte, nous proposons une bourse post-doctorale, dont le sujet portera sur la poursuite de l’étude sur deux modèles de bactéries. Il s’agira d’adapter la biopuce à l’étude d’objets de taille micrométriques et sub-micrométriques et de poursuivre l’évaluation des critères qui définissent un test de diagnostic sur ce nouveau modèle biologique en matrice complexe.

Developed at the laboratory, a prototype today patented of a GMR biochip allows to reach a very good limit of detection on a model of myeloma cells, which makes the technique very competitive compared to the existing field tests. In this context, we propose a post-doctoral fellowship, which will consist in continuing the study on two models of bacteria. The aim will be to adapt the biochip to the study of micrometric and sub-micrometric size objects and to continue the evaluation of the criteria that define a diagnostic test on this new biological model in complex matrix.
