Résumé :
Le projet Cleverest regroupe deux laboratoires du CEA Saclay, le NIMBE/LIONS de la DRF et le SEARS/LANIE du DEN. Les chercheurs plus particulièrement impliqués sont Florent Malloggi (LIONS), Elodie Barruet (LIONS), Valérie Geertsen (LIONS) et Laurent Vio (LANIE). Le projet a pour objectif de réaliser un couplage entre la microfluidique digitale (µDIG) et la spectrométrie de masse à plasma à couplage inductif (ICPMS) pour deux applications principales : le screening de molécules et l’analyse de nanoparticule unique. Il est financé par le Programme Transversal de Compétences "Instrumentation et détection" du CEA

Le projet de recherche Nanoprotection regroupe six laboratoires dont quatre du Labex NanoSaclay. Quatre chercheurs du LIONS sont impliqués: Frédéric Gobeaux, Jean-Philippe Renault, Fabienne Testard et Patrick Guenoun. Ce projet a pour but de développer une nouvelle approche thérapeutique par des nanoparticules squalénées pour traiter deux maladies neurodégénératives : la maladie de Charcot Marie Tooth 1A et les lésions dues à des traumatismes du plexus brachial. |
Nuclear Magnetic Resonance is a powerful analytical tool that allows a wide variety of studies of matter, in all its forms. It involves very low energies and combines multi-scale properties for atomic and molecular analysis as well as macroscopic analysis of deep tissues. It suffers mainly from two defects: its lack of sensitivity and its inability to study large objects in a high magnetic field.
