I will present an overview of the recent experimental demonstration of CEP-controlled relativistic plasma-mirror high-harmonic generation, driven at LOA by TW-peak-power, near-single-cycle laser pulses at 1 kHz repetition rate. Measurements of the spatial intensity and phase lay the groundwork for re-focusing the (isolated) attosecond VUV pulses to high intensity. For designing optimized optics for the challening refocusing of the high-NA attosecond beam, we have developed the open-source "Attosecond Raytracing" code, which I will also introduce.
