The Semiconductor Surface and Interfaces community has choosen Prof. Patrick G. Soukiassian as the recipient of the 2007 Semiconductor Surfaces, Interfaces and Nanostructures Prize (2007 SSIN Prize): “For his pioneering and seminal contributions to the field, and particularly his work on exploring silicon carbide”.
