***** Open position for a 3-year PhD thesis ("thèse phare du CEA"). Starting date: Fall 2017. *****

A PhD position is available in the Group of Modelisation and Theory (GMT), Laboratory of Condensed Matter Physics (SPEC), CEA-Saclay.
The goal of the project is to study dynamic thermoelectric transport in mesoscopic systems with numerical and analytical tools (see pdf file for more details).
The thesis will be funded by a CEA PhD contract.
Applicants should have a strong interest and good background in condensed matter physics, nanoelectronics, thermodynamics, quantum physics, and/or numerical simulations.
