Device and method for magnetically detecting microscopic biological objects (WIPO link)

An aspect of the invention relates to a device (4) for magnetically detecting microscopic biological objects, comprising: - a microfluid channel (41) which has a fluid inlet and a fluid outlet; - a plurality of magnetic sensors (C1, C2, Cn) which are arranged against an internal wall of the microfluid channel (41); and - a permanent magnet (40) which is arranged against an external wall of the microfluid channel (41) so that the plurality of magnetic sensors (C1, C2, Cn) are introduced into a magnetic field which is produced by the permanent magnet (40); the plurality of magnetic sensors (C1, C2, Cn) comprising: - a first magnetic sensor (C1); - a second magnetic sensor (C2) opposite the first magnetic sensor (C1); - a third magnetic sensor (C3) downstream of the first and second magnetic sensors (C1, C2).
